As a parish church within the ICCEC Diocese of Europe, the chief pastor of the parish is Bp. Jose Elmer Belmonte, whose cathedral is in Madrid, Spain. The Rector position is open at this time, and until it is filled the bishop is the interim Rector of the church.

The Rector is aided in his responsibilities by the Rector's Council, which is first and foremost a house of prayer. Additional lay leaders serve in the various ministries of the church.
